End User Registration Agreement
@home media will grant a single license to use the mediate product for personal use only under terms and conditions listed below.

Privacy
@home media requires its customers to submit their full name and a valid email address when registering for a license. These details will be stored within the issued license key and maintained securely on @home media systems. @home media will not share these details with any other party without your prior written consent.

Usage
This license is for personal usage of mediate products within the home or car environment only for a single named individual and their immediate family. It may not be used to provide any commercial purpose or otherwise used to provide public services of any kind.

You are prohibited from loaning, distributing, selling or otherwise reproducing the license key issued to you by @home media limited and may not alter the content of the license key file.

Functionality
This license is for the "personal" version of mediate products which will include limited functionality. Other versions of mediate are available for purchase may include additional functionality. @home media reserves the right to add, alter or remove any functionality currently offered with the "personal" version of its products without notice.

Advertising
The "personal" version of mediate products includes no advertising at present but @home media reserves the right to introduce promotion of other related products within the "personal" version without notice.

Email
By submitting your email address below you agree to allow @home media to send your license key to the specified email address. @home media may send additional email to this address from time to time announcing details of product updates, new products or special offers unless you indicate below that you do not wish to receive these. @home media reserves the right to send email announcing critical updates to its products even if you have specifically opted out of email contact below, although these would only be sent under exceptional circumstances.

Updates
These products include functionality to check online for new versions automatically. @home media reserves the right to enforce or otherwise automate the installation of new versions at some point in the future without notice.

Support
@home media will provide support to "personal" versions of its products free of charge via email and its support forums only on a best endeavours basis. @home media offers no guaranteed support level agreement for its "personal" product versions and reserves the right to withdraw support for these completely without notice.

Term and Termination
@home media reserves the right to withdraw all "personal" versions of its products at any point in the future without notice. @home media also reserves the right to introduce functionality in future versions to render its products unusable after an unspecified time or event without notice.

EULA
Installation of mediate products requires acceptance of the End User License Agreement (EULA). Any restrictions on use imposed within the EULA are to be taken in addition to those imposed within this registration agreement.
